In keeping with our commitment to homemade goodness and quality, we bake fresh daily and in small batches.  While we aim to bake enough food for all our customers, we occasionally sell out.  Please note that while most of our menu items are baked daily, we do have a few special order items.  To guarantee the availability of any bakery item, please order ahead!

General Ordering Information

Please provide us with accurate contact information.

We may not be able to accommodate last minute changes in order dates or pickup times, especially during the holiday season.

Please notify us if you are unable to pick up your order on time.

Orders not picked up by 2pm on Saturdays are subject to sale.

Orders of Small Quantity (9 items or less)

Payment

Payment in FULL is REQUIRED at the time of pickup or shipping. Generally, we do not accept pre-payment, but recognize that there are some situations that call for it. In those cases, we can issue a hold on your credit card.

Making Changes to Your Order

Additions and item substitutions may be made to orders at any time, but may not be possible as it gets closer to the holiday season.

If you must make deletions or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Corporate or Orders of Large Quantity (10 or more items)

Payment

Deposits are REQUIRED and NONREFUNDABLE. Deposits will be collected upon final approval of your order and will equal twenty percent of your order's estimated total. Deposits may be made by cash or check. Payment in FULL is REQUIRED at time of pickup or shipping.

Making Changes to Your Order

The number of orders our bakery can accept for any given day is based on variables that determine the type and quantity of food we can prepare, bake, and store. Every time a new order is placed, those variables change. While we would like to accommodate all our customers, there are some limitations. Our policies are designed to protect the validity of all our customer's orders.

Additions and item substitutions may be made to orders at any time, but may not be possible as it gets closer to the holidays.

Deletions to orders must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup or shipping date. Customers who fail to make deletions after that time will be responsible for payment.

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to an order's scheduled pick up or shipping date. Customers who fail to do so will not be refunded for their deposit.
